These are my essentials for staying fit and active while traveling and staying in hotels.

1. A Fitness Watch
I know it's a bit silly, but I would credit my apple watch the most for finally building up and keeping a workout routine. It's satisfying to see the progress, records, and results from wearing it. I own the series 3 GPS Apple Watch, and it works perfectly fine! There are several new and neat features on the current series 6 Apple watch (fall detection), but I'm pleased with my current watch until it dies.
2. Wireless Headphones
Remember when we had to use armbands to hold our iPods because of wired headphones? And how many times you'd accidentally yank them out?
I've been happy with the original Airpods I purchased a few years ago, but the newer versions have improved battery life, and the Pro has the noise-canceling feature I'm eyeing.
3. A Foldable Yoga Mat
The one I use was from an Anthropologie sale years ago.
4. Resistance Bands
If you're worried about the checked-in baggage weight limit, I would choose to bring resistance bands instead of light dumbbells. You could get away with this being the only piece of workout equipment you bring, and luckily it's one of the more affordable options.
I honestly don't remember where I bought mine. With these, please look at the reviews and quality. It can hurt terribly if it breaks while in use. Here are two of the best sellers on Amazon:
5. Suspension System
I tend to easily overextend and injure my joints. The TRX band helps relieve the pressure during pushups, lunges, and squats while also working the muscles. I ordered the basic kit, but the listing is no longer available. It's easy to bring on the road and use on almost every door. It's best to use this on a door that can lock to avoid injury. Please use as the brand directs.
6. 1-3lb Weights (Wrist/Ankle or Dumbbells)
I usually bring my 3lb pair of dumbbells; they were bought in a set. Here are some options with excellent ratings:
7. BCAAs & Blender Bottles
I've only been buying my BCAAs & Protein from Idealfit.com for the last four years.
I'm not going to drink something that doesn't taste good.
When traveling, I usually only bring my BCAAS because they mix with water, and I don't have to worry about bringing or buying oat milk to use it.

Protein Favorites: Hands down, the Chocolate Coconut.
BCAAs: Peach Lemonade. I like all of them, but I'm currently working on the Grape.
I only see two of their products on Amazon. The prices are usually better directly on their website.
